At the Other 23 Hours, I take a whole person approach to sport performance. I focus on developing your mental game, while you and your coaches take care of training your physical game.

My biggest regret is quitting youth sports way too soon.

I quit team sports when I was 12 due to mental challenges with body image, a fear of failure, performance anxiety, depression, and negative self-talk.

Maybe you’ve felt that way before too? It’s very common to carry mental load as an athlete, but there are strategies and tools to help you navigate the pressure of being an athlete.

I know I would have benefited from having a mentor to teach me the tools to address adversity early on. I needed someone to support me through challenges inside and outside sport, and to help me learn important life lessons.

I was fortunate to find those mentors later on in my high school cross country coach and undergraduate college professor. They helped me develop self-efficacy, resilience, a positive body image, and a commitment to unapologetically take care of my mind and body.

Today, I’m committed to being that mentor to help you thrive in your sport and beyond.

I’m also dedicated to teaching coaches, parents, and staff the tools to have courageous conversations around the mental game and to level-up their leadership skills and team culture.

Yes, the physical side is important but we are leaving gains on the table if we aren’t developing our mental game, too.

Combining my experience in social work, strength and conditioning, and mental performance training, let’s get you feeling and showing up as your best on game day and as a human outside your sport. Whether you’re an athlete, coach, parent, or player operations team member, I’m ready to help you take your role to a whole other level.
